I was in a bit of a rut and needed something to change in my life. Gemma is very knowledgeable, asks the right questions and gets you thinking about what it is that really needs to change; and about what you could do better. I was at a point in my life where I didn't know what to do to help me feel better. Our sessions completely helped lift my mood, got me thinking outside the box, and for myself. I am now more conscious than ever of things I am doing. It has also helped me massively to stay calm in situations, to think things through before rushing into actions (specifically with my kids) and to set small meaningful goals. I would not hesitate to recommend Gemma and would suggest if you are unsure about life coaching (which I was) to just go for it. Its the best thing you will do - especially with Gemma.
Before our daughter began sessions with Gemma she was very shy and lacked confidence and self esteem. However, over time we noticed the impact from life coaching where she opened up to Gemma on a 1-1 basis; which benefited her health and wellbeing. She is talking more openly and honestly to get to the root of the issues. Our daughter looked forward to the sessions and how Gemma encouraged her to move forward with a positive mindset. I am more confident when meeting new people and making new friends; and chatting about things in common comes more naturally to me as I don't feel as shy when speaking to someone new. I am also beginning to make positive changes to fulfil a positive mindset and focus on moving forward as I face new challenges.
